We call him  THE DOC

When you’re sick or you don’t feel well you go to the doctor, right?  The doctor then runs a series of tests and examinations, temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, followed by a prognosis.  So, if you suspect problems with your homes’ comfort, health & safety, quality, or energy efficiency, wouldn’t you call a “doctor” for that as well?  Matt’s role in ReBILT is to provide the “prognosis” as to the performance of a building and provide a scope of work for the improvements.  For the past few years Matt has found himself fully emerged in the trade of building science using diagnostics and a “whole house” approach.  When walking on site to an existing or new building, he takes with him over seven-thousand dollars in diagnostic equipment and over eighty-hours of classroom and on-site training.  He’s inspected, diagnosed, or advised in over four hundred new and existing homes during his career as an Energy Auditor and Green Building Consultant.  This is why we call him THE DOC!
