Eric Watson, owner and hands-on operator of Benjamin Alan Homes, has been in the construction industry since 2000. Since he was young, construction had always been his passion, and so it was a natural fit when he began his construction career after college. Over the years he has completed many prestigious projects including a showcase home for the International Builders Show, high-end remodeling and certified green projects.  Green and correct construction methods  are what excites and motivates Eric to build to the best possible standard.  From small budget oriented jobs to custom homes, Eric always holds strong to his core principles; creating lasting relationships and value… staying on budget and on schedule… and building with the highest possible construction standards.  And that’s why we call him THE HAMMER!

  • Converted a circa-1920’s Craftsman style home into two town homes (Both homes were the first in Orlando to achieve all three FGBC, Energy Star, and Florida Water Star certifications)
  • Accomplished construction of a Platinum FGBC custom home with 50 helical piles and grade beams
