ReBILT is a consortium of building professionals concerned with building design and construction investments that not only meet immediate building owner needs, but also address the long term environmental, social and economic benefits through thoughtful planning. We are Real Estate, Architecture, Building and Diagnostics. We believe that quality building environments at all economic levels should be achievable, beautiful and long lasting.

Our names are Jason Gentry, Jim Kirby, Eric Watson and Matthew Ryan. We affectionately refer to each other as The Closer, The Professor, The Hammer and The Doc, respectively. We asked ourselves what the ideal building group would look like and how would we truly benefit a building owner. After many looks into the mirror we found that our skills complement each other and represent an integrated mind-set, a proven method to realizing quality building environments. From the sales/marketing, to the design/management, to the building/construction and to the diagnostics/testing of the final product we dig deep into each phase of the building process to ensure best preparation of the next phase. Buildings are complex assemblies of many working parts and our integrated method is built upon a team mentality – we are all invested in what we do, accountable to each other and ultimately to our clients.

Our accumulative experience exceeds 50 years in building related expertise and we each are principal owners of four distinct and separate building services companies. Jason is a REALTOR®/Broker and founder of Gentry Living, a real estate services agency in North and South Carolina with RE/MAX Executive Realty. Jim is an Architect and founder of GREENTHINC., PLLC, an environmentally-based design and consulting practice in North and South Carolina. Eric is a Licensed General Contractor and founder of Benjamin Alan Homes located in North Carolina. Matthew is a Home Performance Contractor and founder of Efficiency First Solutions, LLC, an Energy Assessment/Audit Company located in North and South Carolina.

Together, REBILT represents the cycle of activities that a building owner goes through from property acquisition, design and construction, building operation, to sales and marketing and we endeavor to maximize the quality of the final building process and product for our clients.
